Terms and Conditions

This is professional training provided by the qualified experts who are having vast experience in the field of IT to guide and nurture the aspirant.
Aspirants must follow all the guidelines given by experts/management during the training period to make him/her a qualified IT Professional.
Duration of Training is 3 months, the same shall not be extended. Candidates are advised not to take leave during the training period except in exigency.
It is mandatory for aspirants to attend the institute 5 days (Monday to Friday) in a week to complete the weekly assignment as well as clear the monthly exam taken by the experts.
If Aspirants enroll in Job Placement Assistance Program then Aspirants get Job Placement Assistance service in Associates Companies or any other companies as per below guidelines.
A. Aspirants get 3.5 points or above rating with 80% attendance then (his / her) can be eligible to get placement assistance in group companies with a starting salary of 2.40 lakh per annum or above as CTC.
B. If Aspirants get below 3.5 rating & attendance is less than 80% in both cases, Aspirants get 3 interviews in group companies or any other company in the market.
Aspirants have to negotiate the offers & terms and conditions of the joining as per the company policy where SkillIQ role is very limited to schedule the interview only.
The Office Timing for employees after placement shall be 06 days a week. However, based on the KRA Rating 4+ for continues 3 months, Center Head can provide exceptions to it.
In case of any concerns / issues, the Candidate should contact Center Head and Placement Coordinator to resolve the same. Focus always remains to get the best training and become a successful IT professional.
For any dispute, the Center Head / Management decision will be the final, the same must be followed by candidate and expert without excuses. In case of any concerns with experts, candidates may discuss their concern with Center Head and Center Head provide amicable resolution of the same after discussing with concerned parties.
SkillIQ’s Technical and Research team has all the rights to update and upgrade the training material as per the technology upgrade. Training scope and material will be provided to candidate
Candidates have to note that the fees paid for the training will not be non-refundable in any circumstances. The fees shall be paid in advance in the name Favour of “Intellitique Education Services Private Limited".
For all disputes including Legal are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdictions.
